This place is the best place I've ever been to, period. At the last place I was at I maybe saw my counselor once a week if I was lucky and he was never there. This one is like, real, the counselors are always there and ready to see you. You see them almost every single day and it's just a lot more individualized, personal care for you. I'm a lot more confident, it's helped a lot with my social anxiety, I can actually be like myself around people.

Within weeks of being here I realized there was a whole thing I didn't even realize existed, which was like, caring people. This program, I'm just amazed over and over by the staff. They actually care. This isn't just a job. This is not like where you go to just make a living.

Definitely come, the staff and everyone is very welcoming. One thing I was really impressed with is people from all levels from administrative to counseling to therapists and even the owner, all of them seem to have experience in recovery. It's not just a bunch of people with degrees coming out here trying to fix us and they don't know what the problem is. These people have gone through the same thing we're going through.

They've helped me immensely. I think if I had gone to any other type of place, once I would start to get emotional, I would have left. Originally I had thought I was only going to stay 30 days but I'm now going on almost 90 days.

The experience here has been tremendous. I think the most important thing that this place gives clients is its compassionate clinicians and staff. Everyone that works here is so caring and kind and you can really feel that they genuinely care about you. I've been to another treatment facility and it was pretty bad. This is a special place and they have a really great program and compassionate people that work here.

I can't imagine having landed at a better place than Solution Based, I love that most of the counselors, the house staff, the corporate staff are themselves in recovery. I've also found everyone here to be well educated and well versed on what they do but the added element of people who have gone before and know on a visceral level what addiction and recovery entails is the best possible counsel that anyone could receive.

I truly believe that Solutions and my family, they all saved my life. To someone who is in the shoes that I was once in, I would say, just trust the process. It's terrifying but you need to get comfortable with being uncomfortable. It won't always be easy but it will always be worth it. This place is really worth it. I would absolutely recommend this place to others.
