Residential Treatment
Substance use disorders continue to increase in America at an alarming rate. Unfortunately, many of those that meet the criteria for substance abuse disorder never seek residential treatment. In 2021, the United States Department of Health and Human Services conducted a comprehensive survey of Americans suffering from addictions and mental health disorders and found that,
“46.3 million people aged 12 or older (or 16.5 percent of the population) met the applicable DSM-5 criteria for having a substance use disorder in the past year, including 29.5 million people who were classified as having an alcohol use disorder and 24 million people who were classified as having a drug use disorder. 94% of people aged 12 or older with a substance use disorder did not receive any treatment.”
Residential treatment can be the first step people make towards lasting change and sobriety in life. So, if you or a loved one are one of the millions of Americans with a substance abuse disorder, Sobriety Options is here to help.
About Our Residential Treatment Programs
The residential treatment programs offered at our 7 different locations cater to the individual needs of each patient they serve. If you are using alcohol, heroin, fentanyl, prescription opioids or benzodiazepines, you will most likely begin with a 7-10 day stay in a detox program and all the medications used during the course of the detox program are FDA approved. Once completed, you will then have the opportunity to benefit from a 30-45 day stay in our residential program. All of the treatment centers offer some of the most highly qualified medical and clinical staff members and the staff to client ratio is 2 to 1 which is much lower than industry average.
Continuing Care After Residential Treatment
Not every provider of substance abuse treatment can offer every level of care to the clients they serve. Clients of Sobriety Options benefit from the knowledge and service that we and our 7 locations provide as they offer detox programs, residential treatment, intensive outpatient programs (IOP), outpatient care and sober living options as well.
