Women’s Rehab
The Women’s Rehab Programs offered by our 7 different sister facilities offer compassionate care in safe and supportive environments. Depending on their unique circumstances and experiences, some women may benefit more from a program that focuses on the unique needs of women during the residential portion of care, that is, in a non-coed setting.
According to the National Institutes of Health,
“Ample empirical support has been found for the importance of providing “matched” or “tailored” services that address the specific needs of women in treatment, including parenting and family-related services, mental health and general medical services, comprehensive case management, and employment and economic supports. Moreover, strong evidence has been found that programs that are either dedicated to women’s treatment or in which a majority of the clients in treatment are women are more likely to provide these services.”
About Our Women’s Rehab
The Admissions Advisors at Sobriety Options can help you understand more about the unique Women’s Rehab programs offered by our 7 sister facilities. They will first help you understand the admissions process, learn more about your specific situation and then verify your insurance benefits to determine if your policy will cover 100% of the costs of treatment. If so, they will then answer all of your questions about our 7 sister facilities and even help you with travel arrangements to and from treatment.
What to Expect in a Women’s Rehab Program
Depending on your specific situation, the clinical and medical intake staff may advise a 7-10 day detox program before the residential treatment program. These detox programs are medically and clinically supervised and offer FDA approved medication to reduce the dangerous symptoms of detoxing your drug of choice and make you or a loved one as comfortable as possible.
Once the detox portion of care is completed, you’ll then experience women’s-focused care that will include group therapy sessions, individual sessions and you’ll also go on outings to learn how to re-experience life in a positive, sober way.
